    1. Yoga on the Farm
      9:00 am – 10:00 am

      Farmer and certified Yoga instructor Michelle Graham* will guide you through an 8 week mixed level (beginner-advanced), Saturday series, of the ancient, but classic practice of Hatha yoga. Hatha yoga focuses on physical health and mental well-being, and uses poses (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) and mediation (dyana), with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. Postures also stretch and align the body to promote balance, flexibility and strength. The program is designed for those seeking a well-balanced array of poses with variations that are suitable for all levels.

      8 sessions starting Saturday, April 2 | 9:00 – 10:00 am
      Apr. 2, Apr. 9, Apr. 16, Apr. 23, Apr. 30, May 7, May 14, May 21

      Drop-in fee: $25 (stop by on any of the dates above).
      Bring your own mat.

      Join knowledge staff and volunteers for a free guided tour of the Farm, fields, and animals. Every Saturday, starting Apr. 23 to Oct. 29. 10am-10:45am.

    3. Mother’s Day Herb Planters
      10:00 am – 4:00 pm

      Reserve your spot for this annual event.

      Hilltop Hanover’s planters are filled with wonderful aromatic herbs that will produce
      throughout the summer and fall. Each eco root pouch (planter) is made from reclaimed plastic bottles (that would otherwise be sent to landfills) and filled with four fragrant organic herbs.

      It will look wonderful indoors or out. The herbs will continue to produce throughout the summer and into the fall.

      Reserve tickets today, pickup May 7, 10:00 AM – 4:00pm.

      Discover how to best establish and maintain healthy berry plants. Topic include site selection, preparing the soil, pruning, and harvesting.
