      Join us for our 2nd Annual Farm Fest featuring and open house, farm tours, farm stand, seeds and plant starts for sale, craft and food vendors.

      Visit the Memorial Day Parade in Yorktown then come up the hill for a visit at Hilltop Hanover Farm and celebrate farming in the region and learn about other farms to visit in Westchester.

      Free admission. Suggested donation $5/car.

      With spring finally in full kick, it’s not too late to get your garden in order! Come join our experienced farm staff for this informative workshop on how to quickly get your veggie garden ready in time for the summer season. Registration is required; $20 per adult, $15 for members and children ages 8-12 free when accompanied by an adult.

      Better Late Than Never: Garden Planning
    2. Medicinal Herb Plant Walk
      11:00 am – 12:30 pm

      Join Herbalist Bonnie Rogers on an herbal weed walk around the farm .

      You’ll learn to identify the medicinal and edible plants all around us. So
      many amazing plants (weeds) grow all over the farm, learn simple ways to
      use these plants such as dandelion, chickweed, violet, and so many more.Get
      to know the plants in our ecosystem and explore their uses. It’s an easy
      walk and well behaved children are welcome to join us.

      Bonnie loves to share her love for the medicinal plants that grow right
      under our feet.

      We’ll share a lovely cup of tea after our walk.

      Have you found yourself at the farmers market, or with your farm share, looking for some inspiration? Wondering what to do with all the beautiful produce? Are you seeking some creative alternatives to your usual recipes? Fear not, Chef Maria Reina, Executive Chef and Owner of Bella Cucina Maria will give you tips on how to select, store and prepare your market produce. Each class will explore seasonal, just harvested ingredients. Registration is required; $25 per person, $20 for members.

      The farm stand will be open every Friday (2pm-7pm) and Saturday (10am – 4pm) throughout the summer and fall. Hilltop Hanover Farm is a NOFA NY Farmer’s Pledge Farm, and all produce that is grown on the farm and is grown without the use of pesticides, synthesized fertilizers or herbicides

      10:00 am – 4:00 pm

      The farm stand will be open every Friday (2pm-7pm) and Saturday from10am-4pm) throughout the summer and fall. Also each Saturday from 10am-4pm we will open our U-Pick. Enjoy harvesting your own vegetables, herbs and flowers every Saturday at Hilltop Hanover Farm. Learn how the farm staff is growing and harvesting produce without the use of pesticides, herbicides or synthetic fertilizers as you pick produce for a week of delicious local, seasonal meals. Pay for your produce at the tent stand in the field. U-pick gate closes promptly at 4:00 p.m.

      Hilltop Hanover Farm is a Farmer’s Pledge Farm, and all produce that is grown on the farm and is grown without the use of pesticides, synthesized fertilizers or herbicides.

    2. Make your own Herbal Salve
      1:00 pm – 3:00 pm

      An herbal salve is a mixture of plants which are infused in oil with
      beeswax. Salves are wonderful for healing bruising, sore muscles, Cracked dry skin and more.

      Salves are simple to make. We’ll gather our plants at the farm and you’ll
      all make your own salve as well as bring home a jar to begin using that day.
