      Hilltop Hanover’s farm stand is open for the season! The farm stand will be open every Friday 1 PM – 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM – 4 PM throughout the summer and fall. All produce is grown on the farm without the use of pesticides, herbicides, or synthesized fertilizers. Check out our website for available produce.

      Come visit Westchester’s only U-Pick vegetable operation, and harvest organically grown vegetables and flowers on Saturdays at Hilltop Hanover Farm. Perfect for family trips and outings with friends; bring a picnic lunch and explore our hiking trails! U-pick gate closes promptly at 4:00 PM. Check our website for available produce.

    3. Insiders Private Farm Tour
      11:00 am – 12:00 pm

      Visit the farm with our Herdswoman and Farm Educational Director Carol Lake and learn about our crop farm and educational center. Learn about our farming operations from an insider’s perspective. Tours are weather permitting and registration is required; fee $10 per adult and children are free. Groups of children i.e. schools, scout groups need to register separately for a youth program. The Insider’s Private Farm Tour is for individuals and small family groups.

      Join cheese-guru Carol Lake, owner of SimpleCheeseMaking.com, for a hands-on workshop on the art of cheese-making. From equipment to technique, and from ingredients to storage, Carol will teach you everything you need to know to start making your own cheese from scratch. Registration is required; $20 per person, $5 for children ages 8-12.
